Mathew came out and checked our toilet because it was bagging up from time to time. He ran the auger and it cleaned everything out. We truly appreciate the service as our toilet is definitely flushing a million times better!

I called with a water leak around the base of my toilet issue. It wasn’t an emergency because I have another bathroom. The only issue was that I had guests staying through the holiday. Redonna(sp) took my call and informed me of what to expect, pricing, and made an appointment for the next day. She called back and gave me an appointment for the same day due to cancellation. The technician arrived on time and promptly checked to see what the issue was. He explained the problem and costs to me prior to doing the job. He completed it in a very timely manner and cleaned up. Additionally, he was very professional and personable.

Tech was on time and brought all his nesssessory tools and equipment to do his job. Mathew was very polite and took the time to explain what and where my problem was. I can without question recommend Mike Murphy as well as Roto Router for your sewer needs

Called multiple plumbers when my only toilet got clogged. Roto-Rooter had the earliest available time to come help. They were very quick and did exactly what I needed. The price was higher than another plumber’s quote for the same job, but they were able to come several hours earlier so I figured it was worth it, especially since it was the only toilet in the house.

Paul and Matt were more than exceptional on the call. They were knowledgeable and very thorough with explaining things to me. Not to mention Pam and Dawn in customer service, I could hear their pleasure and smiles through phone to assist me again 8years later with a new problem. You guys rock! The best in town in my book. Stop looking, these are the plumbers you need! I not only got a same day appointment they were here 45 minutes after I called. Eli was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable and had my problem fixed quickly. He didn’t make a mess and even wore slippers to cover his shoes! My first choice in plumbing and I highly recommend them!
